This Bowl of Light holds a simple, powerful story—one that gently speaks to the idea that each of us carries our own light within.
 
In this story, every person is born with a warm, steady glow inside them. It shines with who they are—their joy, their strength, their voice. Over time, hard experiences can place “rocks” into the bowl. These rocks might be moments of hurt, fear, loss, or trauma. As they collect, the light can begin to feel dimmer, harder to see, sometimes almost hidden.
 
But the light never goes out.
 
This bowl becomes a visual and hands-on way to explore that story. Clients can place small stones inside, naming or representing experiences that have weighed on them. Together, you can notice how the light changes—how it flickers, softens, or becomes obscured. And just as importantly, stones can be removed, shifted, or held with care, symbolizing healing, processing, and making space for the light to shine again.
 
A simple bowl. A steady light. And a reminder: no matter what has been placed inside, the light is still there.
